Since beginning his career as an apprentice painter in 2003, Martinez has ascended through the ranks from journeyman painter to construction manager. His expertise spans various responsibilities, from hands-on coating application to comprehensive project management, encompassing quality control, crew supervision, specification preparation, budget development and cost tracking. Martinez holds AMPP certification as a coatings inspector, OQ certification in coatings and inspection and NCCER Plus. He is a TAR specialist with extensive experience in new construction, tank and concrete liners, maintenance, and various other projects.
