Javier Martinez is a seasoned industrial coatings professional boasting decades of progressive experience. Since beginning his career as an apprentice painter in 2003, Martinez has ascended through the ranks from journeyman painter to construction manager. His expertise spans various responsibilities, from hands-on coating application to comprehensive project management, encompassing quality control, crew supervision, specification preparation, budget development and cost tracking. Martinez holds AMPP certification as a coatings inspector, OQ certification in coatings and inspection and NCCER Plus. He is a TAR specialist with extensive experience in new construction, tank and concrete liners, maintenance, and various other projects.
